This distinctive coin provides Navy Commanders with the perfect opportunity to recognize those Sailors who consistently go above and beyond the call of duty. Boldly emblazoned on the obverse are the words: “Presented by the Commanding Officer.” The reverse contains the official Navy seal rendered in remarkable detail.
