RETURN POLICY

It is the policy of Ranger Industries, LLC. that if you are dissatisfied with our product return it for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned as delivered and cannot be used in any manner. In addition, all returns must be within 14 days of the date it was shipped. The cost of the merchandise will be refunded minus Shipping and Handling charges. Shipping and Handling charges will be returned if error was on the side of Ranger Industries, LLC. Please include a copy of the shipping document that came with the order.

To request a return you must:

Send an e-mail to store@rangercoin.com and include the invoice number and short explanation for return.

We will e-mail you instructions and address for return.

Once we receive the item/items we will credit back your charge card.

Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm pacific time. Orders received after hours or on the weekends will be processed the next business day. Our Retail Online Store Sales can only be shipped to addresses in the United States.
