USPS APO/FPO Note
Items addressed to U.S. military APO/FPO locations may require up to 45 days of additional time to reach their destinations, due to distance and unique handling requirements for military installations. Once in military possession, additional tracking status scans are not always possible. Inquiries for military mail items can be submitted as soon as 12 days after the date of mailing. When shipping to APO/FPO, make sure to enter either APO, FPO or DPO in the City field, and choose either AE, AP or AA in the State field. Always try to include the recipient’s name and rank (optionally unit in the Street field).
WRONG ADDRESS POLICY
If an incorrect shipping address is supplied and your order is sent before a correction is made, an extra shipping charge may be incurred in the correction to get your order to you. Please make sure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.
It is the policy of Ranger Industries, LLC. that if you are dissatisfied with our product return it for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned as delivered and cannot be used in any manner. In addition, all returns must be within 14 days of the date it was shipped. The cost of the merchandise will be refunded minus Shipping and Handling charges. Shipping and Handling charges will be returned if error was on the side of Ranger Industries, LLC. Please include a copy of the shipping document that came with the order.
