The National Guard Association of the United States (NGAUS) is the Guard’s primary advocate in Washington, educating Congress on the roles, capabilities and requirements of the nation’s first military force. Every year, NGAUS holds a national conference, and for nearly a decade Ranger Industries has been chosen to make the event’s custom challenge coin that celebrates the culture and iconography of that year’s location.
By popular demand of the event’s attendees, and with the permission and cooperation of of NGAUS, Ranger Industries is now offering these event coins on our online store.
The 2019 NGAUS Event Coin for the 141st Conference that took place in Denver celebrates the region’s high elevation heritage with a custom shape in vivid semi-cloisonné enamel that is also struck in an antique finish. The reverse highlights the emblems of Colorado. This coin is also a bottle opener.
