Description
Enameled in bright colors to match the Louisiana region, this United States Coast Guard coin features a stylized crawfish setting out navigation buoys per the location’s key responsibilities in maintaining the safety of nearby seafaring vessels. The reverse features the USCG emblem and is adorned with “HONOR, RESPECT, DEVOTION TO DUTY” in a text ring, and is struck in an antique finish.
Each coin measures 1.75 in (44mm) in diameter.
