Description
Charged with providing security for U.S. Army commands and installations throughout the world, the highly trained soldiers who serve the Military Police uphold and enforce the Army’s regulations, assist with maneuver and mobility support, and oversee interment and resettlement operations. Though designated as one of the Army’s combat support branches, the members of the Military Police are trained in urban warfare tactics and may be utilized to directly assist combat units in emergency situations. Deployed throughout the world, men and women of the Military Police are vital to the success of America’s military operations.
