Many of the courageous men and women who put on our nation’s uniform are supported in their daily mission to defend freedom by the encouragement of proud mothers back home.
This coin, struck in a gold metal finish and accented with rich enamel on both sides, pays tribute to all those mothers of Soldiers in the U.S. Army. The reverse features a full-color rendering of the U.S. Army seal.
Each coin measures 1 3/4 inch (44mm) in diameter.
